90-day proven performance guarantee (Australia only)
- This Guarantee is offered by Zetifi Pty Ltd (ACN 621 129 244 ) T/A Zetifi ("Zetifi").
- The Australian Competition and Consumer Act (2010) (including the Australian Consumer Law) as well as other laws in Australia guarantee certain conditions, warranties and undertakings, and give you other legal rights, in relation to the quality and fitness for purpose of Zetifi products sold in Australia. This 90-Day Proven Performance Guarantee (Guarantee) is offered in addition to those rights and in addition to the Zetifi Product Warranty. Nothing in this Guarantee purports to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act and other Australian laws.
PART 1 - WHAT THIS GUARANTEE COVERS
If you are not satisfied with the performance of your eligible Zetifi product within 90 days of your original purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price you paid. You must first contact Zetifi to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) by calling 1300 093 711 or emailing support@zetifi.com. Once you receive your RMA, you can return the Zetifi product through your original point of purchase.
PART 2 - ELIGIBILITY
This Guarantee applies only to aftermarket retail purchases of Zetifi products and only if:
- The Zetifi product was purchased from an authorised reseller or distributor of Zetifi products in Australia (or purchased directly from Zetifi);
- The Zetifi product was not part of a fleet purchase (10 or more units sold to a single customer, business or organisation);
- The Zetifi product was not sold as part of an OEM sale or integrated into another system;
- You make your claim within 90 calendar days of the date of purchase as reflected on the authorised reseller or distributor’s invoice / receipt provided to you;
- The Zetifi product is returned in as new condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals and documentation;
- The Zetifi product shows no signs of damage, modification, missing parts or cosmetic wear beyond normal handling; and
- You provide proof of purchase showing the purchase price and purchase date.
PART 3 - EXCLUSIONS
This Guarantee does not cover and Zetifi will not refund:
- Installation or de-installation costs;
- Freight, shipping or handling costs (whether original delivery or return shipping);
- Fleet purchases of 10 or more units sold to a single customer, business or organisation;
- OEM sales or Zetifi products integrated into other systems (these customers receive separate contractual terms);
- Zetifi products that are not in as new condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals and documentation ;
- Zetifi products purchased in an auction; or
- Any other incidental costs.
PART 4 - HOW TO CLAIM
Claims under this Guarantee must comply with the following steps:
- Contact Zetifi within 90 days of your purchase date to obtain an RMA by calling 1300 093 711 or emailing support@zetifi.com;
- Once you receive your RMA, contact the authorised reseller or distributor from whom you purchased the Zetifi product, and:
- Provide them with your RMA;
- Follow their return process; and
- Return the Zetifi product in as new condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals and documentation.
- Your authorised reseller or distributor will coordinate the return with Zetifi using your RMA. You will receive a refund of the purchase price you paid to that authorised reseller or distributor (excluding installation, de-installation, freight and any other incidental costs).

PART 5 - REFUND AMOUNT AND PROCESSING
- You will receive a refund equal to the purchase price you paid for the Zetifi product to the authorised reseller, distributor, or Zetifi (as applicable), as shown on your invoice or receipt.
- This refund does not include installation costs, de-installation costs, freight costs, shipping costs or any other incidental costs.
- Once your returned Zetifi product is received and inspected, and confirmed to meet the eligibility requirements set out in Part 2 of this Guarantee, your refund will be processed.
