Enhancing CEL-FI booster performance with intelligent band selection
The Zetifi Combo Antenna is purpose-built to work seamlessly with Nextivity CEL-FI mobile signal boosters - the only consumer-grade repeaters approved for use in Australia by the ACMA, Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone. The CEL-FI is also sold under licence by Telstra as the Telstra GO Repeater.
Single-band mismatch
CEL-FI boosters can only boost one frequency band at a time. This means that if your mobile device is operating on a different band than the one the booster is amplifying, you will not experience improved connectivity. In some areas this mismatch can occur up to 30% of the time, leading to poor coverage, dropped calls or slow data speeds.
GPS-Smart band selection
Zetifi Smart Antennas address this limitation using integrated GPS and referencing ACMA and Telstra network information to intelligently select the optimal frequency band for your specific location. This helps the CEL-FI booster to spend more time boosting and less time scanning and improves the amount of time the CEL-FI boosts the right band.
Built for Telstra, compatible with all
Currently, this advanced location-based band-selection functionality is available for the Telstra network. Nevertheless, the Zetifi Combo Antenna and CEL-FI boosters are fully compatible with Optus and Vodafone networks, providing enhanced mobile coverage across Australia's major carriers.
